Mindless Polemics....
Bobby says "he wants us to play another polka" or something along those lines, then Jerry says "mindless polemics"

I think it's 11/07/71 at the end of Mexicali.

It's beautiful.

Who me? I only use the one name here "Styrofoam Cueball"...anything else would confuse me. :)

I'm listening to that Alligator right now, and I'm thinking definitely a Les Paul. I love that crunchy sound compared to the thinner SG sound or the bloopier Gibson ES-335 sound... and Pig is ON!

You have GOT to admit it is really bizarre that someone went back almost 2 and 1/2 yrs ago to respond to a "banter query" of mine, don't ya? Just don't ya?

See, you just *knew* there was a reason to stick around so long, didn't ya? ;) Well, the Archive is a majickal place. Who knows, in another 2 years I might be able to figure out how to put pics in my posts like Monte and Dali do...even on a Mac. I'm not holding my breath though, at least not until I set something alight...

Well, OK, I'll let it rest and let you off the "multi-poster accusation hook" (hmmm--hook?--hmmm), BUT now that I think about it, is it a little strange that this comes back to the fore, and you, of all people, know the answer to the banter question? Well, alright, just being paranoid.

It's more like I recognized the date from dangerbird's post (it's one of my favorite shows, and one of the first shows I got when I discovered the Archive). But I aint him!

Also, to be honest, I thought this was a brand-new thread, I didn't see all those '2007's' on some of the replies until just now! Not too observant, I just jump in the convo and figure out where I am later! ;)

Totally kidding, SCB, just babbling as I listen to more VLB versions from Jan to compare for D&M and LiA...

Strange that I was discussing it yesterday, AND it was discussed the day before this thread more than two yrs ago!

Hey, wait a minute--have you changed names?
